Requirements:
- Above average - excellent English communication skills
- excellent listening skills
- mininum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Willing to work night shift
- Willing to work in Libis / cubao / shaw / makati / mandaluyong / sucat
- computer literate - basic troubleshooting
- customer service oriented
- 2 yr / 4 yr course graduate or undergrad
- Call center experience preferred but not a requirement.
