HR Business Partner: Job Details
Our client is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner (Malta & International) You will be reporting into the Head of International HR, Based in Malta
Principle Accountabilities
• Act as Business Partner, managing all aspects of HR including employee relations, payroll, compensation & benefits and restructuring, etc. Provide a responsive and comprehensive service to the Regional Managers and management team, developing programmes to meet business needs.
• Work with the International Head of HR to co-ordinate and project manage international wide programmes which may include compensation & benefits, restructuring and training.
• Provide ongoing consultation and deliver processes and tools that facilitate the administration of high quality programs to ensure a competitive market position.
• Work with Corporate HR in the UK, build relationships, and help ensure worldwide programmes are fit for purpose in Malta by providing feedback and consultation on requirements.
• Provide guidance, advice, analysis, and recommendations in connection with compensation and benefits policies and programmes with a view to streamlining and rationalising whilst maintaining appropriate benefit levels.
• Develop strong relationships with the UK management team, earning the respect and confidence of managers.
• Act as a liaison with benefit providers, agencies and consultants as necessary ensuring that the Company receives the best levels of service tailored to current needs.
• Able to deliver well-managed programmes in a timely and thorough manner.
• Ensure adherence to applicable company policies, practices as well as legal and tax regulations.

| Capacités Requises: |
• Provide direction to senior business and functional managers on all aspects of Human Resources.
• The role spans a wide range of activities and as well as direction and innovation a hands-on approach will be needed and the willingness to deal with tasks ranging from basic to influential.
• Knowledge of a multi-national sales environment and the ability to develop innovative concepts and promote new ideas.
• Be recognized as competent and trustworthy business partner.
• Anticipate forthcoming issues and make recommendations to ensure the best possible processes and solutions are in place. Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of such processes and solutions.
• Perform special assignments directed by International HR Manager.
Knowledge & Skills
• Experience in a generalist HR role. Experience of working in a “fast paced” driven environment will be a benefit, as will experience of the gaming sector and in a role with international responsibilities.
• Must have experience of implementing and supporting compensation & benefit programmes, preferably both within and outside Malta
• Diplomatic and empathetic in order to drive change and implementation in a measured and consultative manner.

• Outcomes focussed with a reputation and proven track record for implementation and delivering results.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Able to develop strong internal & external relationships with key “stakeholders”.
• Innovative problem solving and decision making skills.
• Strong business awareness and financial acumen.
• Thorough knowledge of Malta and with experience of regulatory and legal requirements.
• Excellent time management skills.
Ability to be self-sufficient and handle effective decision-making in a complex environment.
