Asante Catering has been a leading wedding and corporate caterer in the Sacramento area for the past 23 years. We are excited to announce that we are expanding our sales team and have positions available immediately. The Sales Person solicits new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, and written communication. They will participate in weekly business review meetings, turn in weekly sales reports, and attend training and other catering sales related meetings as required. They will be working with other departments within the company in order to obtain more experience and will be attending community/social events and industry meetings to attain new sales leads. They must develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers. This position has a potential of high income as the results of commissioned sales and quarterly bonuses based on sales performance.

| Capacités Requises: |
• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor`s Degree preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Sales experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, catering, or event planning.
• Highly motivated to seek new sales and new accounts.
• Must be able to achieve aggressive annual revenue goal.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.
• Ability to understand the customer needs.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to maintain a professional working environment and attitude.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be available to network some evenings and weekends
