The role entails communicating and assisting customers via email, live support and phone in native language(s) and English.
The main tasks to be carried out are:
- To assist players via chat and email;
- Check player profile and transactions;
- Process some minor transactions;
- Extract reports on a day to day basis;
- Liaise with all Teams that form the operations;
- Translate newsletters, etc;
- Update website content

Requirements:
a. Native speakers of Romanian OR Bulgarian with the ability to translate from English to their native language(s).
b. Fluent in English, written and spoken
c. Computer literate: Excel, Internet and email applications
d. Some gaming experience, preferably in customer support |
