| Description: |
A leading technology company based in Germany is looking for a Country Manager (Sales Director).
You will report to the Global SVP and this position will be responsible for operating business in Germany, identifying new and expanding existing business in Germany. The individual will be expected to foster existing and generate new relationships up to the executive level, become a trusted partner in key accounts and develop partnerships with various stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
„x Responsible for bringing new business to our sales pipeline.
„X Driving the sales process and closing the deal.
„X Meet an assigned revenue quota for sold and billed revenue.
„X Meet profit and loss requirements for Germany.
„X Responsible for ensuring client/customer satisfaction at every level of the sales process.
„X Able to attend and leads Sales calls, whiteboard and demo both on site and remotely
„X Create SOW¡¦s for $1m+ deals and understand the follow up process.
„X Work with the Operations team to ensure scalability and support
„X Follow all standard FocusFrame Sales and Operations procedures
„X Consolidate sales reports and status to supervisor on a weekly basis
„X Understand how to consult in large enterprises from the project up to the executive level

| Capacités Requises: |
Fluent in English and German, spoken and written
Personal contacts in major German enterprises on the executive level preferred
Knowledge of sales life cycle
Knowledge of software development cycle (SDLC) fro CRM, ERP systems
Knowledge of quality assurance in enterprise settings preferred
Knowledge of offshoring and "follow the sun" testing approach
Experience in enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM) such as SAP, Siebel Oracle or Peoplesoft. SAP preferred.
Experience in any of the following areas; Client Partnerships, proactice management, solution architect or engagement management |
