This exciting new opportunity will see you working predominantly on project based environment with some support work on the side. You will be involved and responsible for delivering SAPHCM solutions to meet our corporate client`s needs. This will entail include doing the Blue Print, Configuration, Testing, Training and some post Go Live support. You will also utilize your initiative to pinpoint key areas of improvement in our corporate client`s SAP system and advise/persuade business stakeholders of the intended change.
We are looking for more than 20 SAP HCM Functional Consultants across a wide variety of sub-modules listed below:
* SAP HR - Testing/Integration - HR Process Analyst (Integration Test)
* SAP HR - Governance - Payroll Process Analyst (Governance)
* SAP Payroll (International) - Payroll Developer (International)
* SAP HR - Time- Process Analyst (Time)
* SAP HR - Service Intro - HR Delivery - Service Introduction Team Mbr
* SAP HR - Portal - Portal Build Mbr
* bcc (hr) - mcim - t&op/ocm
* sap hr - r&a (bi/bw) - r&a hr analyst
* SAP HR - Technical - HR Technical Support
* SAP HR Payroll Process/Integration - Payroll Process Analyst (Worsley)
* SAP HR - Security - S&C (HR) Mbr
* L&PS Build Team Mbr - Mcim - T&op/training
* L&PS Build Lead (Hr) - Mcim - T&op/training
* SAP HR - Cutover/DC - Business Cutover (hr)
* sap hr - r&a (bi/bw)- r&a lead (HR)
Qualifications
Skill Requirements:
A minimum 3 years + relevant experience working within a SAP consulting environment in a client facing role
A minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementation
Strong SAP Configuration skills
Very strong communicators to all levels
Additional Requirements:
Must be willing to be travel (ie prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required) Bachelors Degree
Demonstrated career progression to date
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
