Team Leader in General Ledger Department (German Speaker)
Our client is a leading and well –known consultancy company providing services to clients located globally.
We are looking for a candidate, who is ready to travel to take active part in the transition of General Ledger processes. The scope involved covers processes: GL Reconciliation, Interface Management, Fixed Assets Accounting, Closing Deliverables & Reporting Preparation. Once the transition phase is successfully completed prospective team members would be involved in delivery services.
Job Description:
• Leading, managing and developing a team
• Being responsible for financial activities from area of General Ledger
• Setting clear goals and expectations
• Identifying potential process improvements, presenting recommendations
• Ensuring high quality work standards
• Providing technical accounting support

Candidate`s profile:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing the team
• Fluency in German
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of General Ledger processes
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
• Ability to enhance process and controls
• Teamwork approach
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
