Position – Relationship Manager./ Asst Relationship Manager
Location – Bangalore , Chennai , Hyderabad.

Job Description for Relationship Manager –
• Achieve allocated business targets and achieve the recommended product mix.
• Understand and advise clients, based on their needs and long term financial planning goals.
• Maintain proper records of client communication and advice given
• Adhere to laid down sales processes and presentations
• Participate activity in Sales planning with the line manger to generate action plans for meeting target.
• Ensure a high level of customer service. Manage difficult customer situation.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, and ensure minimal complaints in sales process audits and other inspections
• Keeping clients and self updated on market opportunities based on research recommendation and fund house interaction
Skills/Knowledge –
• Through understanding of Investment Product (Life Insurance, General Insurance) along with good communication skills.
• Graduate is a must
• The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 to 2 year with top companies.
