Basic Function:
Shall maintain, populate and utilize optimally CCE`s database management. She will also manage the filing system and provide operational support to the sales group.
Responsibilities
1. Search for new database.
2. Provide reference services to the sales group the Center`s key clients` contact records and training history.
3. Sort, classify and verify coded material for integration into systems.
4. Create and maintain logs, computerized indexes and databases to provide accurate status and retrieval information.
5. Monitor the encoding of pertinent information to the CCE database system.
6. Generate and manage reports.
7. Participate in continuous improvement of the Center`s database processes and procedures.
8. Update inventories of files.
9. Assist in the internal memo/job order procedure.
10. Assist the Sales Group in preparation of the marketing collaterals.
11. Assist the Sales Group in ushering participants during registration.
12. Performs all other tasks assigned by the Sales Group Head.
Minimum requirements:
1. College graduate
2. Computer literate
3. At least one year work experience.
4. Fresh graduates with good scholastic records shall be considered.
