1. DGM (Oil Storage Terminal Project) : Mechanical Engg with 12 years experience in Storage Terminal Project Mgt. Hands on Project Management of Contracts, Procurement, Quotes Evaluation, Coordination with consultant and contractors, overall monitoring of schedule.
2. DGM (Grease SBU) : Engineer + MBA with 10 years experience in SBU management role, local and international sales, documentation etc.
3. AGM (HR) : MBA with 8 years experience as HR generalist. Responsible for setting up and running HR processes, Performance Management and consequent processes, Recruitment, Employee engagement, Competency Management, Training.
4. Deputy Managers
a. Oil Storage Termination Project : Engineer with 5 yrs exp (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, storage tanks, process industry). Assist project Manager.
b. Oil storage terminal : Engineer with 7 yrs experience (storage terminal mgt, receipts and despatches through ocean vessels and road). Assist terminal manager.
c. Base Oil Trading : Engineer with 5 yrs exp (local and international sales, documentation). Product management role, exports and local sales in various packagings (bulk, drums, road tankers)
d. Bitumen Trading : Engineer with 5 yrs exp
e. Purchase : Engineer with 5 yrs exp (local and international purchase, project purchase, documentation)
5. EA to CEO : MBA with 2 - 4 yrs exp (corporate, process, marketing). Assist CEO on all aspects of his work.
