The BloodBanker mission is simple, to spread the word about how important blood donation to really saving lives and to get folks involved and comfortable at a young age. BloodBanker is made up of quality minded individuals who demonstrate team work, open communication, continuous learning, and possess a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for like-minded individuals that hold our values and passion of making the world a better place through helping out with blood donations. The positions we are now filling are for our Blood Donation Advocacy Local Representative.
Job Details:
As a Blood Donation Advocacy Local Representative you will be in charge of your local region in reaching out to area hospitals, churches, soup kitchens, social clubs, and many more contacts to help our cause of spreading the word about blood donation, organizing blood drives, and working within the community to increase blood donation awareness and most importantly...action!
Pay: $20.00/hour
Hours: Part-time, minimum of 10 hours per week up to a max of 30 hours per week. We are looking for folks that are flexible and want to work as much as possible to help out this great cause.

This is a dream job for anyone looking to make a little extra cash and to work in a field where you are really making a difference by saving lives...did you know that a serious car accident can require 50 units of blood (that`s the blood from 50 blood donations) for 1 car accident! Since this is the ratio, as you can imagine there are blood shortages all the time and people die because there isn`t enough blood in storage. Candidates must have the following:
- Experience with blood donations, you must have donated blood or plasma in the past.
- A passion for helping people and an interest in blood donations.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Good Computer Skills, comfortable with email, conference calls, excel and powerpoint. |
