Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have at least one year of experience in an equivalent role in the Hospitality Industry .If you are looking for a change we would love to speak with you about this great opportunity. 1. Primary Function:
The maintenance of the property and for ensuring proper functioning of all furniture, fixtures and equipment at the property. Responsibility for maintaining a clean and hospitable environment including guest rooms, building exteriors, walkways and corridors, landscaped areas, parking lot, back-of-house areas, and reception lobby by following Hospitality Industry Professional Procedures. You will conduct regular inspections and undertake repairs of guest room deficiencies as reported by staff members in other department. Required to report all repairs and replacement items requiring capital expenditures. You must comply with all applicable safety regulations. You shall supervise and train all Maintenance Technicians and Horsepersons. You’re expected to promote a positive work environment by embracing a teamwork concept and to strive toward exceeding our hotel guest’s expectations.

2. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Replaces filters and cleans air conditioning vents in vacant apartments and occupied units, on an as-needed basis.
• Repair leaking faucets, shower valves, and toilets.
• Test air conditioning for proper functioning and excessive noise.
• Inspect proper functioning of TV and remote control.
• Inspect proper functioning of all light fixtures and toilet exhaust.
• Inspect properly functioning refrigerator.
• Perform drywall patching on damaged walls.
• Perform wall paint touchup.
• Repair and refinish damaged case goods.
• Inspect properly functioning of electronic door locks.
• Report cracked floor and wall tiles in bathrooms.
• Report cracked or damaged vanity counter tops.
• Assists in picking up litter
3.Knowledge And Experience Required:
A) Education:
High school or GED
B) Licenses Or Certifications Required:
None are required.
C) Other Considerations:
Hvac a plus
CAMT a plus
Any Journeymen-Contractor program a plus
Should have general knowledge of maintenance tools and job tasks. Must be a responsible individual and be able to follow directions. Must be able to plan and work within a budget.
