• 8+ yrs experience with large mainframe development projects
• Mainframe development with COBOL, senior responsibility
• Experience with stored procedures
• High level role as a designer for major computer applications
• Experience with mainframe change control processes and tools
• Understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
• Ability to works on extremely complex problems requiring intricate analysis of situations or data
• Ability to model, simulate and analyze scenarios.
• Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.
• Experience in conducting technical reviews
• Good written and oral communication skills
