Responsible for the development of projects from conceptualization of ideas to completion of project in line with the company’s vision and strategic objectives.
Responsible for in the overall development and implementation of Company’s annual plan, and the development of preliminary plan for the company’s projects including but not limited to high level cost estimates, project time line, architectural plan and construction planning of all divisions.
Identifies and evaluates real estate development opportunities including risk analysis and economic evaluation.
Reviews preliminary plans, develops master & concept designs and ensures that they are accurate and realistic and in line with company’s overall project development strategy.
Evaluates and manages performance of all divisions

| Capacités Requises: |
With at least 15 years of strong Management skills including decision making, negotiation, risk management and interpersonal skills.
Able to liaise effectively with other Executive team members to ensure effective communication related to new policies & real estate concepts.
Dynamic attitude and able to command respect his/her area of expertise from internal and external contacts.
Highly creative and be able to crystallize new concepts for commercial project development.
Professional qualifications in Finance/Economics/Real Estate
Demonstrate achievement and recognition in real estate development projects
