Sales Manager
We are a private, medium-sized management consultancy with more than 250 permanently employed consultants in 31 subsidiaries and daughter companies worldwide.
Our customer is a famous American stock exchange listed solar company, producing among other
things photovoltaic cells and modules. They are the one who are producing the string ribbon system.
In 2008 the company had annual sales of 120 million USD. As the next step of their international
development they focus -beside larger projects in china and worldwide marketing-organization in
general -to build up and to expand the distributions especially in UAE with state-subsidized PV
programs and interesting conditions in regarding the regulation of the feed-in tariff. For these requires
our client needs a well qualified person, who takes these duties strategically and implement them
effectively and successfully and expand the market share.
Main tasks:
• work with distributors, especially the technical firms
• win new technical advisers, architects, building project engineers for the company or their
products
• build up and develop the regional market further rapidly
• expand distribution to be more effective
• acquire new customers/ major customers (technical firms/ distributors) and support existing
customers
• report to the head offices in Germany and America

| Capacités Requises: |
Know how in solar or renewable energy is a must!!!!!!!!!!!!
Education and work experience
• Certificate engineer/ engineer or economical degree/ education with very good technical
Training
• Wide range of know-how of developing the regional markets, as well as the "direct"
Distribution and know how in initiation of projects and working with the trade partners.
• Proved ability to market technically demanding products or arrangements and of build up
Regional markets
• Sales manager with perennial experience or comprehensive praxis in dealing with the

• superior ability in handling of complex tasks and requirements
Other requirements
• Know how in renewable energy will be an advantage
• Besides Arabic at least good English
• Mobility and high willingness to travel in UAE (> 50%) |
