The brief Job Profile is :
1. Responsible for a team of Test Analysts - for senior positions.
2. Functional responsibilities aligned with improving product quality.
3. Work with the other teams and prepare test plans.
4. Testing of software to company guidelines and standards.
5. Give active feedback and look to continuously enhance processes.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Familiar with industry standards and certification (e.g. ISO9000), and drives efforts to bring products into conformance with such standards.
2. Performance reviews
3. Evaluates, maintains and improves Testing roles and responsibilities within the product development life-cycle.
4. Responsible for functional duties assigned by direct manager.
5. Facilitates the development, implementation and adherence of testing department standards in partnership with other test team leadership.
6. Evaluates and implements training and development needs for team.
7. Manages team compliance with existing measures for reporting testing efforts.
8. Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities.
Skills required :
1. Strong QA and Testing industry knowledge.
2. In depth software quality assurance experience including proven management, supervisory, or leadership experience.
3. The ability to work to agreed deadlines
4. Experience of coordinating people to complete tasks.
5. Experience working within a matrix-style structure
