They are currently looking for an Operations Executive to join and grow with the company
Responsibilities
Contract Administration
· Bulk shipping operations (FOB and CFR sales)
· Nomination of vessel
· liaising with buyer, supplier and third parties such as shipowner, master, agents, surveyors
· follow operations through the full process
· Ensure documents compliance (B/L, customs declaration, Certificates…)
· Calculation of laytime
· Confirmation of demurrage/dispatch with relevant parties
Invoicing
· ensure third party invoices are in line with contract and supporting documents
· raise payment request
· invoice preparation
· follow up payment
L/C preparation
· prepare import and/or export L/C
· ensure import L/C and export L/C in line with contract
· L/C negotiation
Shipment P/L
· computation of shipment P/L

| Capacités Requises: |
Requirements
· Singapore resident
· Experience in bulk commodity operations, preferably with coal and knowledge of Indonesian supply or
· Experience in bulk shipping
· Able to handle full set of shipping documents and familiar with UCP 500
· Microsoft office
· May require to work overtime and follow up shipment outside office hours |
