Working in a truly international environment with fantastic career opportunities available, the Regus Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for delivering enquiry to deal conversion in a defined territory. This is achieved by managing the full customer experience from enquiry to initial occupation for new inbound enquiries in a specific location.
The overriding measurement of success for a RAM is conversion of new inbound enquiries into product sales. An achievement of 15% conversion will be considered as the minimum acceptable standard. The on target expectations is 20% conversion.

| Capacités Requises: |
To be considered suitable for this role, you will have:
- Language: French near native, English business advanced
- Demonstrate excellence in telephone selling skills including clear communication, fast responses, quick thinking and an outgoing personality that translates over the phone
- Evidence/demonstrate a first experience in B2B sales
- Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the business both internally and externally
- Competent in working according to set procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite and CRM systems
- Ideally to have attained a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Sales/Business area |
