Our client, an international drilling service provider, is inviting an experienced mechanical engineer to join their Engineering Department in the head office to provide technical output and support for mechanical engineering requirements.
An excellent salary package will be on offer to the right candidate.

| Capacités Requises: |
Based in Qatar, reporting to the Lead Engineer, the potential candidate would need to possess : -
• Minimum 15 years working in Offshore/Onshore field, of which 5 years in a senior engineering role;
• Extensive experience in conducting research and studies of mechanical equipment performance in drilling units including feasibility and detail engineering design;
• Ability to identify optimum mechanical equipments for drilling units;
• Solid background in reviewing technical procedures of newly designed equipment / systems to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulations and safety codes;
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Arab languages will be well regarded.
