Preferable Italian nationality
Attend all relevant meetings
Able to lead a brigade of 18 chefs
Able to train and follow trough
Hold daily, weekly and monthly meetings
Liaising with the Chief Steward re cleanliness
Responsible for menu writing, stock control, wastage and staff training
Salary will be up to between $ 2700 to $3800.depending on experience
