We are currently looking for a native German customer service representative with a high level of English both written and spoken.
The ideal candidate is committed to serve our customers and understands the importance of effective customer service for the company`s success.
We expect a positive and friendly attitude towards customer services. Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment is beneficial. A basic understanding of online money processing is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Role includes but is not limited to the following tasks:
Answering corporate and end customers` questions via e-mail and telephone, following standard procedures and using internal tools. Improving and developing our standards further.
Skills
Required are: excellent telephone manners and a good command of English (both written and spoken), outstanding customer handling and interpersonal skills, ability to resolve issues to a high level of customer satisfaction, problem solving skills and computer literate.
The candidate must be living in the area of Gibraltar or be willing to re-locate to Gibraltar.
