Description
A NYC regional CPA firm is looking for a Sr. Audit Manager for its Hedge Fund practice.
Responsibilities
· Leading and planning audit engagements
· Provide day-to-day management of accounts
· Provide day-to-day management of staff
· Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
· Build client relationships
· New business development
Requirements
· CPA certified.
· Extensive experience in the Hedge Fund or Asset Management Practice of a Public Accounting firm
· Prior Leadership position in management of staff required
· Strong track record of business and practice development
· Experience at a mid-sized (100-500 employees) accounting firms preferred
- relo assist yes/no – possibly
- citizen required – h1b visa with at least (3) years left is possible
