A new job opportunity for ITS specialist has arisen for an international IT services Provider.
They are looking for a Technical Manager (Resident Engineer ) to be based in Riyadh KSA for an major ITS project.
You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the investor consortiums project deliverables and ensuring that compliance to policies and guidelines are met, supervising regional teams to verify and validate the project systems throughout the Project lifecycle when they have been allocated technical tasks in the allotted city..
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the project and resolve technical issues with central technical team
Maintain project scope integration configuration and insure all deliverables & outcomes are complied with agreed quality standards
Insure the execution of the project is according the set time schedule
Manage budget of the project & perform required purchases
Direct, manage and lead all human resources of the project
Facilitate effective communications between the team and all other stakeholders
Perform risk analysis and management and maintain risk register
Report progress of project according to agreed communications and project plans

| Capacités Requises: |
We are looking for candidates with excellent knowledge in Complex Solutions Implementation, networking, Systems’ integration, and project management.
Minimum 10(+ or – 5 years) years of total experience in leading IT, Systems Integration, Multidisciplinary or Infrastructure Projects
Highly competent in Project & Stakeholder Management.
Evidence of completing 4 full project life cycles with ultimate accountability and responsibility as a project manager
Experience in Transportation Systems or Traffic Management is highly desired
Previous experience in the GCC is highly desired with the legal aspects of the execution of civil works in Saudi Arabia
Exceptional communications skills
Adaptability, good leadership, team work, results focused, developing organization talent, and an active listener
