A large and successful international IT company has set up offices in Bahrain and requires a General Manager.The position requires General overview and oversight of business activities in Bahrain. Development and organization of better work flows with the Bahrain team. Identification of new business opportunities contacts in the local market. Providing customers with quotations. Maintenance and development of relationships with existing customers. Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets in Bahrain. Negotiation of the terms of an agreement with clients and Management. Constantly sourcing market and customer information. Competent PC skills - Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel in order to create and maintain spreadsheets and reports, Word and Power Point essential for effective presentations. Effective communication skills.

Candidates based in Bahrain with on the ground experience preferred.Candidates require excellent managerial and leadership qualities. Must be effective at negotiation and communication on all levels. A self - starter, who is able to drive the business forward in Bahrain. |
