Pepper&Salt® Events, based in Luxembourg and Brussels, is a successful DMC/Incoming and event agency in the European market since 15 years. Our clients entrust us with the concept and realization of their events and incentive travel – in the BeNeLux-countries as well as worldwide.
We are looking for new collaborators for both agencies at the earliest date:
Project Manager for the German speaking market (Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland)
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the Key Accounts and acquisition of new clients and projects
- Responsible for the creation, planning and realization of events and incentive travel
- Collaboration on other projects of the agency
Salary and benefits
Attractive salary package that includes:
• Fixed salary
• Fringe benefits such as company car or apartment in Brussels
• Commission of 1 – 3% of turnover depending on profit

| Capacités Requises: |
Your qualification:
- Concluded apprenticeship in tourism, hotel sector or equivalent studies
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in event or incentive business
- Strongly service minded, excellent host
- Sales techniques and sound sales skills
- Negotiation skills towards clients and suppliers
- Very good English, German and French language skills in speaking and writing
- Expert knowledge of frequently used software for cost calculations, correspondence, presentation
