Responsible for finalizing quotes from outside sales and customers that call into the office. Confirm pricing is accurate and meets requirements of scope of work for the quotes. Prepare all cost. Request clearance with Auto Cad department for railcar quotes. Providing quotes to both customer and management in timely manner. Obtain accurate information from Vendors. Maintain CRM (quoting system) with up to date information on sales activity.
Need to have basic computer knowledge. EXCEL WORD and OUTLOOK.
CRM experience a plus.
Railroad experience a plus.
