Our client, a leading holding company operating in retail, real estate and hospitality as well as other sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced senior executive to join them as the Group President / Managing Director to lead a team of multi-national workforce.
Based in Riyadh, the potential candidate would need to possess : -
• Minimum 15 years working in retail and real estate development / construction with a proven track record of running an efficient and profitable operation in the Middle East or internationally;
• Ability to develop and implement the strategic plan to advance company’s mission and vision to promote revenue and growth;
• Extensive experience in managing and mentoring a multicultural team and dealing with external stakeholders;
• Excellent communication skills
• Degree holder, MBA will be highly regarded;
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Saudi National is well preferred
This is a perfect opportunity to be the leader of an exciting expansion programme across KSA and beyond.
