Job Description:
Java Programmer
Performs design, programming, documentation, and implementation of applications that require knowledge of information systems and related systems concepts for effective development and deployment of IWIMS/ACES software. Participates in all phases of software development with emphasis on the design, coding, testing, documentation, and acceptance phases. Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation.
Duties and Responsible:
1. Develop and maintain IWIMS/ACES software code components utilizing Java and related Java development tools.
2. For Software modifications (i.E., CSRDs/DIREPs/Enhancements): Assist customer in defining requirements as needed.
3. Provide technical advice in the proper analysis, testing, implementation, and maintenance of IWIMS/ACES software applications.

| Capacités Requises: |
Required Skills:
a. Must be a US Citizen and must be able to pass a National Agency Check (NAC). Secret Security Clearance desired.
b. Knowledge/experience related to software development / lifecycle management processes.
c. Required: Experience developing Java code (3-5 years)
d. Bachelor of Science in Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent experience.
Desired:
a. Highly desired: Familiarity with Oracle Forms applications
b. Highly desired: Knowledge of Government regulations, manuals, standards, and industry publications related to software design, programming, and development functions
