Internship position is responsible for coordinating Public Relations efforts including Social Networking, Press Release distribution and news, banner exchanges programs, creating and maintaining affiliate links, and disseminating company email campaigns.
Through our affiliates organizations, we currently have four programs in several different industries that can possibly lead to full-time employment. While work experience programs are not salaried there may be mechanisms available for you to receive compensation as you learn and develop within the programs. Additionally, while we are located in New York City, internships can be performed from other areas via the internet and phone.
1. 16 Things Kids Can Do: Series of self-help books and Special Events that educate and empower Children on everything from Education, Nutrition, Hygiene, Finances, Health & Fitness, etc. Special Events include book signings, workshops, seminars and trade shows. Endorsed by Mark Victor Hansen, co-author of the best-selling "Chicken Soup for the Soul" series.
2. Enable Service Group: Event Based Educational Program that teaches teens through young adults all aspects of financial responsibility. Programs include middle schools, high school and college level as well as Churches, Synagogues, etc. Fund-raising events for Scholarships and Proposed Network of Orphanages. Under development:
3. CCTV Proposed Comedy Television Pilot & Additional Entertainment Projects: Work and learn the behind-the-scenes business of creating producing and pitching a pilot (and more) to the Networks and Studios.
4. Board Game Production & Marketing: Enter the specialized world of Board Games where few individuals and companies dare tread. Your knowledge will expand exponentially as you gain exposure to Graphics, Printing, Public Relations, Marketing, Promotions, Joint Ventures, Distribution and Sales.

Depending on your interests, you can select one or more programs for your Internship. Unlike many other internships or work experience positions, our programs are interdisciplinary in that your responsibilities can include everything from marketing, advertising, public relations, business development and special event coordination and management services. In short, you will learn a tremendous amount, always be challenged and get to see and experience the results of your work in real-time applications. Not a bad thing to add to your portfolio.
Internships are generally three months in duration and can be performed anywhere in the United States or abroad.
As stated in the posting, internships are unpaid, however, we can arrange mechanisms that will compensate upon attainment of specific goals.
That said, what we are seeking motivated, energetic, intelligent people that will make the transition from their internship into their careers: hopefully, within our organizations. |
