Perafel are inviting Siebel CRM Consultants with a retail / FMCG background who is currently based in Singapore or surrounding areas to apply for the following position.
Our client is a globally recognized organization currently starting a new implementation on various project sites across South East Asia. We have identified the need for a Siebel CRM Professional to join the team on for a permanent posting.
We need Siebel CRM Professionals that have been involved with:
• Analyzed and designed reports supporting performance.
• Experience throughout the planning, defining, testing and managing business requirements.
• Built and managed communications with off-shore support and development teams.
• Implemented several reports and dashboards based on Siebel Analytics.
• Designed custom solution to automate daily sales data load involving MS SQL 2000 and supported system developers during the build phase.
• Successfully designed and implemented new requirements supporting Trade Promotion Optimization processes.
• Designed effective functionalities.
• Planned, monitored and ensured successful execution of Integration and User Acceptance Test.
• Redesigned organizational model and effective mapping experience
This position will suit a Siebel CRM Consultant with:
• A minimum of 3+ years experience
• Solid understanding and experience with Siebel CRM
• A background with in the retail and FMCG industry
• Experience in atleast 2 greenfield / whitepaper implementation projects.
• Good functional consulting experience
• Strong communication skills with ability to liaise with all levels of the business
