Perafel is currently seeking a Financial Services Manager with a pre-sales and delivery of core banking solutions. A newly created opportunity with one of the largest globally recognized organization is now available in where you will be able to utilize your banking industry expertise and experience.
We seek a natural leader who is comfortable with managing large-scale projects and is experienced in delivering large-scale solutions.
• You will have experience in the banking industry from either a:
o Core banking applications (eg: Product System Managers)
o Core banking vendor delivery resources (eg: Finnacle, iFlex)
• You will need to have experience in a project environment:
o Manage or lead a team in a project
o Expose to project lifecycle
• You will have delivered core banking solutions from a technology perspective, from architecting the solution model to managing the delivery of all technology components of the solution.
• You will be a confident communicator having the ability to interact with senior level executives as well as various team-members of all levels.
Your profile will include:
• Ability to provide insights into core banking processes, either within specific product area, and or core banking related application/s.
• Ability to craft the overall solution proposition in response to a client’s requirement
• Ability to estimate the effort required to deliver the solution
• Good understanding of the Core Banking IT landscape
• Shape the IT and or functional solution
• Planning the releases
• Estimating the efforts required for different component of the solutions
• Report the technology status of the delivery
• Managing budget, resource and timeline
