The challenge
As a teacher, you will promote the development of the child to a personality capable of acting on one’s own responsibility, experiencing himself/herself as a part of a community. You will care for children from 3 to 5 years in an age-based manner and promote their curiosity, creativity and motor activity. Conveying societal values and norms is included just as teaching motor activity and body consciousness and the promotion of intellectual capabilities. You will always lend an open ear and be able to cater to the different range of children’s needs in a sensitive and sensible manner. You should definitely be able to assert yourself and consistently show children their limits. Apart from pedagogic and educational capabilities, you should also exhibit organizational and communicative talent, in order to further develop the program of the pre-school in cooperation with the team and to integrate it with the program of the primary school.

Your profile
You have a complete education or a record of academic studies in the fields of social pedagogy or education, along with some job experience. Affectionate treatment of children, team spirit, flexibility and resilience are required, just as the operation of MS Office and open-mindedness towards quality assurance. Apart from organizational skills and communication, you have first class English and/or German language proficiency. You are enthusiastic for new topics and projects and open-minded towards your teammates. You bring along a high degree of your own initiative and enjoy working enthusiastically with pre-school age children.
