• Can translate design files into hand-coded, semantic HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and other web graphics editing/optimization tools.
• Basic Flash skills (Actionscript knowledge a plus.)
• Strong visual design sense and detail oriented.
• Quick learner and good judgment, ability to work independently in a team environment.
• A passion for web and online technologies.
• A constant desire to improve, learn more and take things higher.
• Good communication skills (Fluent in both written and conversational English) and works well in a team.
