5 star Hotel international chain in Saudi Arabia Looking for Food & Beverage Managere
Description
Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
Ideally Hotel Management Degree in some format.
Attention to Detail. Ability to ensure standards are
developed maintained and exceeded.
Proven history in managing large scale F&B operations in
the past.
Business Manager. Ability to ensure stakeholders
expectations are achieved from a financial/business
perspective.
Coach/Mentor.Skills to develop those within their team.
Motivator.Someone who can improve motivation and foster
positive morale.
Passion for the job and industry.
Organized individual with impeccable time management
skills.
Ability to manage a large number of staff.
Training/Experience in an high volume bar, nightclub or
beverage operation.
Ability to drive and manage a large volume of F&B with
an emphasis on control and cost.
Should ideally have a proven track record in reasonable
sized Banquet operation.
3-5 Years of F&B Management Experience.
Someone looking to grow within the 5 star sector and
seeking a challenge in order to prove worthiness.

| Capacités Requises: |
Ideally a candidate with experience of at least 2-3
years Assistant F&B Director.
Ideally must have a history of running high volume F&B
operation(s) in a reputable location and/or operation.
5-6 Day weeks with no limitation on hours. Must be
flexible to meet business demands.
Limited travel required in position however given the
role is within F&B the knowledge of the need to work
weekends, mornings through evening with long hours must
be highlighted.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills with proven
track records in planning and executing strategies,
service excellence and profitability will secure this
challenging role.
