We are seeking a highly experienced individual who can manage a department of 8 concept outlets, room service, extensive outside catering facilities, pool and beach bars and an ever growing C&B business. You will be able to demonstrate previous success in managing a diverse business and workforce.
You will be directing a team of 8 managers who collectively manage a colleague compliment of 140.
You will have a hunger to develop the operation beyond our current plans and the ability to plan strategically and gain analytical information from your department is essential.
Your drive and determination will enable you to deliver constant SUCCESS and know-how to get your people involved to enable them to consistently aim higher.
In your previous role you will have made an impact on both the business and the succession plan of your people resulting in consistently high customer satisfaction scores.
This role is a highly accountable position where you are responsible for 60% of the hotel`s revenue. Your ability to continually think ahead will be `key` to exceeding budget.
