For their office in Sofia they are willing to attract:

Candidate`s Responsibilities are:
- To provide low technical support and help to customers about company`s products
- To handle with all the incoming Customers` e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- To communicate with colleagues and to take care that all calls are routed to the right support groups and people.
Main Requirements:
- Very good command of The Following Languages (both written and verbal):
Dutch
English
- Command of some of the other European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.) will be a great advantage
- Ability to communicate with people and solve customer queries over phone or Internet
- MS Office skills
- Some previous experience in the service sector or in a Call/Support centre will be a great plus.
