Designation: Senior Shift Supervisor
Experience: 2 - 8 yrs
Location: Tanzania
Job Profile:
The qualification & experience criteria should be,
1. Graduation in Chemistry.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in production in Lead smelting plant.
3. Experience of Optical Emission Spectrometer operation & standardization.
4. Wet analysis of raw material & inprocess samples.
5. Basic computer knowledge + English language [spoken and written] required.
Minimum responsibilities will be,
1. Day to day smelting & refining production activities including the quality control.
2. Testing of process samples on Spectrometer, standardization of Spectrometer, raw material & process samples wet analysis.
3. Maintaining the records & reports of all smelting & refining process activities.
4. Independent handling of all production & Q.C. activities in shifts.(First, second & night shifts)
5. Reconciliation of consumption of raw material & finished goods stock.
6. Exports: Perpetration of Test certificates & packing list of final product & container stuffing.
7. Reconciliation & Control on Scrap batteries receiving & breaking activities.
8. PP recycling plant production activities.
9. Pollution control parameters check up & actions.
10. Preparation of Daily & monthly reports and all plant related jobs
