Archibat is seeking a Senior Architect Designer for a famous British Architectural Firm. Present in North America, Europe and Asia, this international firm has more than 30 years experience in Asia. The regional headoffice is located in HK. Its core business is global and large scale projects.
Your missions:
- Preparing bids for architectural projects
- Negotiation on bids with clients
- Preparation of the conceptual designs after approval from client
You should be proficient in CAD and have strong graphic skills. At least 10 years’experience, fluent in English, Mandarin knowledge is a plus. Significative experience in large scale project. International professional experience is a must.
You should have an excellent oral and communication skills in order to manage and to work in team. You must demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature architectural judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented architectural problems. You may be able to manage a variety of projects to meet client program, design and financial requirements.
