Upgrading the back office solution to the new requirements of the Kuwaiti Corporate Management which the company is currently traded on the Kuwait financial market. Bringing up the IT solution to international standards.
2004 – 2008 Admic Beirut (Lebanon)

Implementation of IRIS HR Software. Developed the solution with the Human Resources department and increased the efficiency of the department by implementing new decision making tools. Through parameters, made the pay roll module worked according to Lebanese laws. Trained users and developed division of labor through softwares securities and a new organization of the department.
