• (March 2007-January 2008 ) - Solicitor at “Riadh Touiti” Law office/ main activities: Commercial and contractual litigation - public procurement consultancy.

| I am a lawyer from Tunisia which is a civil law country. Yet, I have a good knowledge as for both civil and common law systems as I do hold a Master’s Degree in Common Law. I do have great command of legal language whether English, French or Arabic and I am fluent in both speaking and writing. Besides, I was just admitted this year to Bar in Tunisia. Nevertheless, I have been working in the legal field for the last 4 years. First, I had the opportunity to tackle legal aspects pertaining to international insurance claims; then I got acquainted with academic aspects of law as well as to communication capabilities while teaching at the university. Few years later , my job as a legal advisor for an HR company brought me substantial practical experience. I do think that such a background was crucial to my career as I was hired as a solicitor in "Ferchiou & Associates" which is the largest law firm in Tunisia enjoying a large portfolio of international clients. This firm offered me the opportunity to deal with specific legal issues such as energy law and international finance-related legal issues. By applying for this position I am eager to foster my experience with regards to what does a reputable company like yours offer in terms of professional upgrade; and to bring my experience to your company’s current operations. |
