From Mai 2008 to July 2009: CALYON Tokyo– Credit Agricole CIB IT Business Analyst (IT dev team)
IT Application support for CALYON investment bank on both Bank and Security sides, Tokyo (Japan).
• Engage in global and regional projects with good financial market knowledge.
• Create user cases, Business Process Flowchart and Business functional requirement documentation as well as specifications, detailed test plans (UAT) and training manuals, as needed.
• Identify and analyse opportunities to standardize business processes.
• Participate in the management of the project, planning making and coordination between all the different participants of the project (Middle/Back office Users and IT Department)
• Provide daily operational support and liaison between the business users and the technical teams.
• Develop reports for business users using Crystal report application.
• Implement the reengineering takeover of MS Access internal applications used by the back office with Java, Sybase, Microsoft BI and Crystal Report.

• Collect, analyse and document the business and technical requirements to support the new deployment and production application for sales and Marketing.
• Work as a liaison between the business and the IT Departments.
• Write the functional specifications and the detailed test plans (UAT), test and validate the application before go live.
• Participate in the management of the project, planning making and coordination between all the different participants of the project (Users and IT Department)
• Develop Business Objects V6 and XI reports using the reporter.
• Users train and support post deployment and follow up to the application.
• Prepare the migration to Business Object XI R2 with the technical assistance of the IT Department

Implementation of “Pilotage CLOE” a decision-making application for EDF Paris (France).
