Purchase and supply manager.
· Consolidate forecasts on national scale. Define the demand plan to ensure items’ availibility.
· Coordinate logistic service provider, import service and customer service.
· Control and reduce logistics’ costs, period end reporting. Buffer level decreased by 32%.
· Handle purchase orders with product lines in China, Germany and Italy.
· Optimize buffer level and flows (600 items). Service level improved from 66% to 97%.

· Coordinate logistic service provider (SouthEurope hub), subcontractors and project roll-out.
· Update supply chain process for deliveries to subcontractors, ERP system updating, data consistency control with project tool compliance.
· Consolidate forecasts on national scale with project and account team, update demand plan tools (Manugistics).
· Allocate resource and availibilities, control fulfilment and physical flows, optimize buffer level (Modular Logistic system), actions for work-in-progress reduction.
· Period-end reporting (Business Object), Supply chain project improvements with headquarter.
Ø 1999-2001 – Nokia Italia - (milan)
Inbound logistic leader - All projects, Vodafone, Wind, Tele2, Colt - (450 p./ 1400 M.Euro).
· Supply specifics materials, optimize buffer level for Just-in-time deliveries, clearance issues solving. Slow-movers treatment.
· New products ramp-up and follow-up, codification and logistics aspects management.
· Meetings with suppliers for forecasts, rush activity anticipation, delivery quality improvements and products quality problems solving.
· Handle purchase order with product lines (Finland and North America), products flows control, interface with south Europe hub.
· Database updating and invoicing reporting for finance, account and project teams, data consistency.
