Dear Sir or Madam,
I currently work in the Human Resources department of ING Luxembourg as Adviser in the Recruitment & Career Development service.
My current position requires a wide range of skills, among which a high level of organizational ability, rigor and autonomy. These also include developing business relationships, being customer focused, available, pro-active, discreet and a good team player. Moreover the diversity of my experiences shows my good adaptability and flexibility.
This experience was very enriching and pleasant in various aspects. I was very interested in understanding and fulfilling customers’ expectations while being integrated in the company to apprehend it and try to improve it at the human level. My differents experiences required a good capacity of analysis of the operating processes of the organization and a great capacity of integration and adaptation to analyze in the best and most efficient way possible the problems faced bay the various departments.
Although I’m satisfied with my current position, I wish to move towards a more international function.
I am dynamic and flexible individual, with a strong creative, commercial and team spirit. I like human contact and am used to speaking English which enables me to communicate with people from various backgrounds.
