Koncepcja Recruitment Agency was established in 2003, on the basis of an existing company Educational Services Office Au-pair Koncepcja, in operation as from 1994.
We have certificates of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs entitling us to act as an employment agency in Poland and abroad, as well as provide vocational and personal advisory services.
In Poland we also recruit domestic staff for individual customers.
We have many years of experience in recruiting carers, housekeepers, nurses, domestic staff, waitresses, mechanics, welders and many others professions for our partners in England, Ireland and Germany (references available on request).
All of our staff are university graduates, speak fluent English and are able to verify not only the appropriateness and qualifications of the candidates, but also the level of their command of English.
Koncepcja’s goal is to select right people to grow your business.
All our candidates are interviewed with their references, police report and medical report.
Our task is to carry out comprehensive research so that we can better meet customers' expectations as for staff they are looking for. We choose employees on the basis of a form that describes Yours expectations. Time of realization of order is up to 5 weeks and depends on level of difficulty of recruitment.
We offer ongoing support to all our clients and candidates during and after recruiting process.
