Our client a reputable and established engineering, construction and management corporation in Cyprus operating for over 30 years, with a significant client portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
To work as an estimator in the Quantity Surveying Department
To invite quotations for materials and subcontracts, analyze and evaluate them
To price certain work items under the supervision of the Quantity Surveying Department Manager
To prepare and negotiate final accounts with the consultants
To report to the Quantity Surveyor Department Manager
Qualifications/Experience:
University Graduate in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university
2 + years experience in taking off quantities and pricing
Excellent knowledge of English Language
Ability to use computers and MS Excel
Strong personality and ability to work in a team
