Nurses required for USA hospitals:
We do not charge any agency fees!
We have a huge requirement on behalf of our major clients with hospitals and staffing companies providing employment for registered nurses.
Please be advised: All nurses must have undertaken Cgfns/nclex-rn® qualification before we can submit their applications. Do not submit your resume if you have not booked and/or passed one of these exams. This is required to be able to legally work in the USA!
Nurses required with 2 years experience (in the last 3 years) in the following skills:
Emergency Room
Trauma
Theatre
Med-Surg
Medical
Surgical
Icu
Itu
Hdu
Ccu
Some paediatric and nursing home
The nurse must have recent experience or they will not be considered!
Nurses will be placed depending on which of our clients accepts them. One main caveat the nurse requires to be flexible in terms of location otherwise he/she will not be offered a job. All nurses put forward must be registered in their country of origin.
There are two major contracts where we will place the nurses in this program. The priority is Option 1 where there is an urgent need for 100’s of nurses. If the nurse is not offered a job under Option 1 then that nurse will put forward for Option 2.
Option 1:
The nurses are contracted to work for 36 hours a week and 52 weeks of the year. This contract requires 400 nurses to be placed in the next 12 months in Florida .
Outline of nurse benefits and conditions:
$26.45 gross per hour (this includes FICA, workers compensation, health insurance, unemployment, and vacation pay). $23.00 net per hour. This is more than the prevailing wage.
Overtime hours and hours worked during legal holidays will be paid at a rate of time and one half.
· The nurse shall be required to work a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Two weeks vacation.
Provide “meet and greet” assistance upon nurse arrival in the US which includes:
1-3 days of escorted transportation by a US representative for facilitating assimilation in the community where nurse will principally live.
$300.00 cash stipend
$150.00 of groceries
US credentialing requirements including:
10 Panel drug and alcohol screening tests
PPD Skin test
Physical examinations
Assistance in searching for suitable housing nearby contemplated work assignment, including providing up to $800.00 of the first month rent at no charge.
Assist the nurse in shopping, obtaining Social Security Card, establish bank account, view permanent housing options, and orientation in transportation and local culture.
Health, dental, vision, group life insurance, and 401 (k) plans
Malpractice Insurance and Worker’s Compensation coverage under the employer’s umbrella policy.
The nurse shall be eligible for all other standard benefits provided to employer’s other full-time employees in similar positions.
· Financial assistance for nurse and dependents for all related expenses including land transportation of the immigration, legal and credentialing process for the purpose of obtaining a legal work status as a Registered Nurse in the United States and becoming a U.S. Resident under the I-140 Immigrant Visa Program.
· Provide review for each testing requirement of the visa process for which nurse is being petitioned.
· The nurse is required to take and pass an employer competency evaluation exam with a score of 80% or better. Then the nurse is eligible for reimbursements as below:
· If NCLEX or CGFNS and IELTS exam taken and passed at the first attempt and paid directly by nurse, then the following reimbursements will be made within 60 days of the start of NURSE employment in the U.S.A:
1. NCLEX examination
2. Up to $150.00 of the course review expense
3. Application fees
4. Transportation to testing site for each required examination.

· Airfare for the nurse from the country of origin to the US for start of nurse employment.
Nurses must sign a two year employment contract for the employment based immigrant visa petition.
Option 2:
There is no limit to the number of nurses required by this contract and the nurse has to be flexible to work in any of the 44 states covered in this contract.
Outline of nurse benefits and conditions:
$22-26 per hour
Orientation program
18-24 month contract
Health, dental, vision, group life insurance, and 401 (k) plans
$1000 signing-on bonus or complimentary local housing for a period of up to thirty days
Required to work at least one (1) year at a particular client establishment before the nurse can transfer to a different client establishment.
The following is paid for upon acceptance of employment contract by nurse:
State Board Nursing Application*, NCLEX-RN exam* (*for CGFNS nurses and not non-CGFNS nurses)
Visascreen
Certification Evaluation Services (CES) fees
Attorney fees
Petition fees
US consulate processing fees for each Nurse for whom immigration paperwork if filed with the United States Immigration Authorities |
