Job description: Flat membrane roofing or torch on felt experience
· Flat Roofers (Commercial/Industrial)
Working with a 5-8 man roofing crew, individual shall be physically fit for all task activities related to both new and retrofit roofing projects.
· Installing Soprema 2 ply torch applied membrane (80%), Carlisle Single ply (15%), IKO conventional 4-ply tar and gravel (5%) and Johns Manville insulation.
· Must have a good level of safety awareness at all times. Educational requirements of the job: Applicants with trade certifications (Carpentry and / or Roofing certification) from other jurisdictions shall have priority, however, equal consideration shall be given to those who have not completed technical training but can demonstrate adequate trade time.
· Strong command of the English Language - for site safety reasons
