Credit Risk- Business Analyst
My client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to provide analyst and operational support across the range of CRO Office activities.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with other members of the business and improving standards and implementing best in class procedures.
The Role specifically focuses on:
• Provide gatekeeper support for all Risk communications and Risk intranet
design/content
• Provide analyst support for Risk events (Conferences, Roadshows, STARS / Risk Matters Awards, Executive Lunches etcSupport Risk People Plan activities requiring x
• Risk community coordination (e.g Graduate Programme, YourFeedback etc.)
• Provide analyst support for the collation, review, challenge, sign-off and ongoing monitoring and reporting of the Risk function budget and headcount
• Manage and provide support for all CRO Office and x
• Risk operational and infrastructure processes and controls
• Support one-off project work as required
• Create effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and leverage skills
and resources across the Risk teams
Experience & Requirements:
• Experience in key Business or Risk operations, processes, organisation and people
plan activities
• Proven experience in at least 3 of the CRO Office activities and in particular Communications/Intranet
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience of working in and influencing in matrix business structure
• Proven track record of operating successfully in an environment requiring multi-tasking whilst delivering to high quality standards within compressed timeframes
• Experience in effective use and interpretation of a range of information
• Skilled practitioner in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience of providing support to Senior Management and Executive levels
