My client is a leading Financial Organisation that is in a significant ramp up stage.
Due to this growth, they now require experienced professionals to take up positions as a Fund Technician to
follow instructions from various areas, initiates the purchase, sale and redemption of mutual, benchmark and commingled fund trades. Inputs various fund transactions to client accounts as needed.
Duties:
• Following instructions from various areas initiates purchases, sales, and redemptions of fund trades
through area systems within scheduled timeframes.
• Interprets information regarding different types of funds including, mutual, benchmark, commingled,
collective, etc. to ensure the accurate processing of fund transactions
• Inputs various fund transactions to client accounts as needed.
• Reviewing instructions from administrators or portfolio manager regarding various funds transactions ensuring proper account processing steps are followed.
• Dealing with various areas, other banks, and brokerage firms to resolve exceptions to investigate and resolve inquiries.
• Monitoring and reporting on various fund transactions.

| Kenntnisse erforderlich: |
Requirements;
• 1-2 yrs experience within transfer agency or security industry
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to prioritise, schedule, plan workflow
• Team player attitude
