Human Resources Specialist - Oil & Gas
Responsibilities:
Source for local and global talent, especially for industries in the sector of IT, Engineering, Oil & Gas.
Conduct extensive research, network to create a new database of human resources to meet scheduled, urgent or ad-hoc staffing requirements, nationwide.
Ability to identify, research, analyse and compile report on growing trends of human capital, compensation and benefits of technical and non-technical vacancies.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in HR with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in engineering, IT industry.
Those with qualification in other disciplines but with recruiting or/and researching experience will also be considered.
Candidates with executive search/head-hunting exposure are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong IT knowledge will be an advantage
Highly motivated, pro-active, disciplined, resourceful, discrete able to cope in a fast-paced environment. |
